· Once feed roller grabs material, it pulls material in while holding material down against feed tray base while chipping progresses
· Can chip hard woods like Wattle, Gum, Bug Weed, Nut Trees, Citrus Trees, Avo Trees etc.
· Average volumes are about +14 cu meter of chips per hour of hardwood and well on 20 cu meter per hour doing for example tea tree.–
· Chipping capacity 250 mm diameter
· All are typically yellow in colour and capable to handle wood to a diameter of 250 mm.

· Tray parallel to ground: 900 wide x 600 high x 1400 to nip point of feed roller with slotted rubber curtain for extra safety
· Feed to chipper blade: Hydraulic feed roller with infinite speed setting toggle
· Blades: 2x High quality 12mm thick 2 sharp-sided
- has also been hardened from 47 to 58 HRC in oil and salt bath @ 1040 deg centegrade.
- Can also be sharpened up to 5 times on each edge (10x Edges)

· Anvil: 4-sided with locater bolts as well as locking-in-position bolts
· Blade mounting in drum: With 4x fine thread HD bolts through single 4-holed locking plate — Unique to Ritlee 225
· Drum: 400 Kg Dynamically precision balanced 12 mm side wall and 10 mm drum wall on 50 mm carrier shaft
- Drum has sealable bleeder hole for discharge of water if it gets into drum to maintain perfect balance.
· Drum Drive: 4x B Section V-Belts so large tractors can be used
· Chassis Carrier: 3,0 mm rectangular steel profile
- Double reinforced at drive area. Slotted at all tensioning and setting areas
- Mounted on 2x Slasher-type skid runners for ease of transport and strength of construction
· Production average: 12 to 16 cu meter per hour (Grinding obviously lower)
· Minimum power requirements: Tractor with 40 Kw and larger
· Discharge: Discharge rotatable 360 deg with flapper
Can also be fitted with 30 Kw Electric Motor which is ideal for Sawmill Waste, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus and Lavender Chippings.
