Machine operation Our hammer mills utilize an unconventional 360° screen design which increases the available product flow area by 100%, when compared to a conventional hammer mill design. The result is higher throughput, less wear and tear and excellent energy efficiency.The product is fed through the front door of the hammer mill straight onto the rotor. Blowers rotating on outside of the circular screen create high air flow that removes and discharges product as soon as the required size is reached. The product is discharged into a cyclone regarding the M- range.The shredder bar shreds grass and Lucerne, before the loose swiveling hammers of the hammer mill, mills the product.The door of the hammer mill swings open for easy access when doing maintenance and repair.Maize, plastics, coconut, grass, Lucerne, wood chips are but a few of the ever increasing list of products that out machines are utilized for.The M-range can be driven by an electric motor, tractor or diesel engine.
