AUCTION DETAILS
The auction consists of various Retail & Commercial Vehicles, Golf Carts, Sedgeways ect.
The auction will be taking place ONSITE as well as ONLINE.
Pre-bidding via the online portal will commence on Monday, 6 February and bidding will stay open via the online portal.
The auction will switch to a live auction on Saturday, 11 February from 10am. Buyers can attend the onsite auction held at Mutango Lodge or buyers can bid via the online portal.

VIEWINGS DATES:
6 – 10 February between 9am and 3pm.
REMOVAL DATES:
Strictly from 14 February – 17 February.
All vehicles MUST be collected during this period.

HOW TO REGISTER
1. Go to the online portal: www.venditoronline.co.za. If you have no have not registered before on the website, please click on REGISTER ACCOUNT (top right-hand corner). If you have registered before, please go to LOGIN.
2. Complete your details and ensure that the information you have entered is correct. Once you have completed the form, click submit. You will receive an email to verify your account. Please go to your email and verify your account.
3. Once you have verified your email, go back to the online platform and login. Go to your profile and upload the necessary information as required by the system. You must upload the following documents, refer to image 3 above on how to register.
4. Once you have uploaded all your documents as well as the proof payment, click on upcoming auctions, go the Fidelity auction and click on register here and follow the instructions. We will receive a notification and activate you to bid on the auction if all your documents are in place, refer to image 4 above on how to register.

We are still finalizing the vendurol and lots will be added before the auction day. The year reflected above is not the year model but the DATE OF FIRST REGISTRATION.

All information is received from the seller and although Venditor goes beyond to verify the information provided, we cannot guarantee the information 100%. All assets are sold VOETSTOOTS. Buyers must do their own due diligence in regard to the year models provided on the vehicles, the condition and state of repair of the vehicles.
AUCTION RULES AND REGULATIONS

The sale shall be subject to the control of the auctioneers who shall have the sole right to regulate the advance in bidding. Bidding shall take place in South African Rand.
Registration:
Each bidder shall be required to complete the registration form, pay the refundable registration fee into the Trust account of the auctioneer, and submit their FICA documents. No exceptions can be made. The registration deposit will be refunded in full to all unsuccessful bidders. Bids & invoices cannot be cancelled – if a buyer defaults on a bid or invoice, the buyer will forfeit the entire deposit amount paid.
Bidding:
The highest accepted bidder shall be the buyer of any such lots. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the highest bidder, the Auctioneer may re-auction the lots concerned, declare the successful buyer, or remove the item(s) from the auction. Registered bidders participating in the online auction must be aware that the auctioneer cannot accommodate for slow or lost internet connections or the variable delay between bids placed online, and it reflects on the auction system on the auction floor.
Should it occur that an online bidder bid reflects after the auctioneer knocks down or calls “sold” to a buyer on the auction floor, the online bid will be cancelled for that lot. The auction shall commence at the published time and will under no circumstances be delayed allowing a specific person or persons to take part in the auction. The auctioneer shall during the auction announce the reason for the auction unless it is the normal and voluntary disposal of goods by an owner. The Auctioneer shall have the right to regulate the bidding and control the auction. Each lot sold at the auction may comprise a single lot or a group containing various items. When goods are put up for auction in lots, each lot is, unless there is evidence to the contrary regarded to be the subject of a separate transaction. The bidder’s record of any auction held shall be made available during normal office hours to all who request to inspect the same free of charge.
Venditor Auctioneers shall be entitled with the written or verbal permission of the seller, to withdraw any items/lots to be sold from the auction without prior notice and without giving reason thereto. Should there be any special conditions pertaining to the auction this will be made available by notices fixed to a prominent place at the auction venue or shall be announced prior to the commencement of the auction by the Auctioneer. Should there be any special conditions for a specific lot or number of lots, the Auctioneer will announce this prior to the sale of the lot(s) or alternatively by a notice affixed to the lot(s).
Certain lots may be sold on S.T.C. whereby the highest bid will be subject to confirmation of acceptance by the seller and the buyer will be notified of the success of his bid within a minimum of 72 hours but may take longer. The Buyer shall be bound by all these additional terms and conditions. On the fall of the hammer/closing of each lot online, for the lots purchased by the buyer, a sale for the lots shall be finally and irrevocably concluded; subject only to any suspensive conditions that may be applicable to any lots. Your bid is final and binding on each item purchased. Buyers may not cancel or change any lots.
Do not allow any other person to utilize your bid card. You will be responsible for any purchases on your bid card that 15 other individuals have made. Webcast / online bids cannot be cancelled after the lot is closed. The auctioneer will stipulate times in which the lots offered for sale can be viewed in the advertisements, notices on the auction site, and on the company’s website. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to view all lots they intend to bid on before participating in the auction. Neither the Seller of the lots nor Venditor Auctioneers, give any warranties or guarantees nor make any representations regarding the condition or state of any of the lots, save for when applicable, the representation that appears on the condition report for the lots concerned.
The Buyer acknowledges that he/she/it has inspected the lots before bidding, noted the condition and state thereof, and is satisfied with the lots as well as the description thereof. Venditor Auctioneers makes every effort to accurately catalogue items to the best of our knowledge; however, we are not responsible for any bona fide errors in the catalogue. Where there is a reserve price the auctioneer will announce prior to the auctioning of the bid that there is a reserve price and the item may be withdrawn if the price is not met. The Auctioneer and/or Seller and/or owner has the right to bid on such item up until the reserve price is met. There are no guarantees/warranties on any of the products, electrical or non-electrical. All assets are sold voetstoots.
Payments after auction:
The Auctioneer has a trust account into which all monies received regarding any auction will be paid for the benefit of the seller. All bids made at the auction are deemed to exclude VAT, buyer’s premiums, paperwork processing fees, and cash deposit fees unless otherwise stipulated. Payment is only accepted via an electronic funds transfer (EFT) or direct deposit into our nominated bank account(s). Such banking details will be given to Buyers by the auction staff when requested. All bidders are requested to attend to the payment of their invoice immediately after such an invoice has been released to the bidder.
Removal & storage fees:
After a buyer has attended to the payment of their invoice, all lots purchased must be removed from the premises within the prescribed time frame given by the Auctioneer. Buyers must present their invoice on-site when attending to the removal. No assets may be removed without an invoice present. If assets are not collected in the prescribed time frame, the bidder will be charged with storage fees of R 1 000.00 per day.
Risk:
After the auction has been concluded, the Buyer shall bear the risk in and to the lots, irrespective of the location of the lots.
Important terms:
1) R 10 000.00 Refundable Registration Fee Payable. Buyers MUST upload a copy of their ID as well as Proof of Residence.
2) Buyer to pay 10% Auctioneers Commission plus VAT over and above the purchase price. The commission is not included in the bid amount.
3) The buyer will also be liable for a documentation fee of R 1 700.00 excluding VAT. Venditor Auctioneers will attend to all change of ownerships from the seller’s name to that of the buyer. No exception will be made.
4) All assets are sold voetstoots. The buyer must do his/her own due diligence on all assets. The Auctioneer cannot be held accountable for any error.
5) The buyer will be liable for storage fees if the assets are not collected in the prescribed time.
