Stunning 101 year old Historical Guest Farm with possible water bottling facility for sale

We have started the investigation into a water bottling facility as we have 4 beautifully strong springs with crystal clear water our guests rave about and often ask if we are selling it. We also have three boreholes with two equipped with pumps only 20 m deep which we seldom use as the springs supply the guest farm with more than enough water (even in the dry winter months).&nbsp;We also have a huge generator for backup power which easily supplies the lodge with power (fridges, freezers, lights, heaters, electric blankets) and still only runs at 20% capacity with loads to spare.
