Hercules 1400 Rodo-forestry chipper

The largest Brazilian Forest Chipper capable of driving on highways.

Has a useful width of 1.4 m, huge traction roller, power of more than 600 CV.

The chipper is mounted on a 4-axle air brake semi-trailer chassis with ABS. Specially developed for the machine and approved by Detran for road transport without the need for a special license. We pay special attention to the height, which does not exceed 4.2 m, to reduce the center of mass and allow the cables to pass freely.

Optionally, the rotor has the ability to work with more and fewer knives, thus increasing the capacity of the larger diameter log chipper without forcing or braking the machine.

The extraction of the shavings is carried out by means of a tilting and articulated conveyor belt of 80 ͦ that raises the material up to a height of 5 meters, facilitating the loading in any type of truck.
