Description
The Axial-Flow 260 Series represents the undisputed leader in harvesting technology, designed to deliver an unbeatable, undamaged grain sample even in the most adverse conditions. By combining massive throughput capacity with intelligent automation, this series ensures your harvest is quick, smart, and efficient.
Precision Harvesting & Superior Grain Quality
At the heart of the 260 Series is the Axial-Flow concept, which utilizes a multipass effect to rub out stubborn grains through gentle threshing.
Gentle Threshing: High centrifugal forces move grain through the concaves without mechanical impact, resulting in an industry-leading undamaged grain sample.
AFS Harvest Command™: This automation system features auto-adjusting sieves and cleaning fans to maintain the cleanest samples with minimal losses.
Real-Time Monitoring: An optional grain quality camera evaluates non-grain material and broken grains in real-time, automatically adjusting settings as you harvest.
High-Capacity Throughput
From the moment the crop enters the feeder, the 260 Series is built for volume.
Massive Intake: A wide feeder opening with reinforced cast slats and improved transmission handles headers up to 14 meters, drawing in massive volumes of material evenly.
Maneuverability: With a ground clearance of 1.35m, the 260 Series offers excellent lift height for easy headland maneuvering and trailer placement.
Protection: A large, rotating stone-catching drum protects the system from foreign materials and damage via a friction clutch.
Advanced Residue & Grain Handling
Custom Residue Management: Choose between the integral chopper or the Xtra-Chopping system. Switch between swathing and chopping instantly from the operator's seat via the 700 Pro monitor.
Astounding Capacity: Featuring grain tanks with up to 14,400 litres of capacity and discharge rates up to 159 l/s, reducing unloading times significantly.
Efficiency on Slopes: An inclination sensor initiates self-levelling for the cleaning system, allowing for full power and performance on gradients up to 12%.
Built for the Field
Traction & Soil Protection: Optional front tracks (610mm) boost flotation and protect sensitive soils while maintaining a narrow transport width of 3.5m.
Robust Drive System: A two-speed transmission with a hydraulic high/low switch provides the necessary traction to handle difficult terrain and hills.
