DESCRIPTION :

This is an elasticated single leg, shock absorbing lanyard with a single scaffolding hook and a single Snap hook connector that is engineered to attach to a dorsal D-Ring on a stand-alone, fall arrest harness. The elasticated lanyard lifts the hook off the ground when not in use, reducing the wear and tear caused to hardware when dragged on the ground. It further improves safety to the wearer by reducing the potential of the lanyard being caught in dangerous machinery.

The built in shock absorber is engineered to reduce the total force experienced in a fall to a survivable force of less than 6kN.This lanyard is recommended for those who are working at heights in situations when the individual is able to move freely without ever needing to disconnect from the anchor point. In the event of an obstacle obstructing free, movement please use a double leg lanyard.
