The Nardi pan style sunflower header assure high speeds and a continuos flow of harvesting. Thanks to Nardi technology the operator can proceed in multiple directions with no-stop in working flow, without wasting time and work.
Patented Nardi chopper is avaiable for SFH440-SFH600-SFH940-SFH1200.
The Nardi pans or dividers are designed to work with any type of row spacing. They move between the plants and guide the stems towards the cutting blade. They collect seeds that fall due to the shaking, thanks to their special designed tips, which better contains the product. The specifically robust construction of the pans allows them to work in contact with the ground, even collecting lodged sunflowers.
The Nardi adjustable shield guides the sunflowers towards the cutting blade and prevents direct contact between the flowers and the reel to avoid seed loss. It has an adjustable position either mechanically or hydraulically (optional). Additionally the shield helps straighten the sunflower heads, leaving most of the stalks in the field to ensure a clean harvest and reduce stress on the machine.
The cogged roller is equipped with 4 toothed blades. It tilts the stalk more, leaving 95% of the stalk in the field and reducing the risk of uprooting the sunflower.
The reel, synchronised with the cutting blade, gently pushes the cutted heads of the flowers towards the auger.
The big diameter of the auger guarantees a homogeneous flow of the crop into the combine.
The reel and auger have a fix distance which is never changed.
The Nardi metal net fully covers the auger, ensuring maximum safety and greater rigidity to the frame.
