Description
This machine is manufactured from high tensile steel and to the strictest standards using high precision welding.
The heavy duty, high tensile steel. This machine is to decoil steel sheeting or coils used in the production of IBR sheeting
or corrugated sheets, or any other roll forming product, used along with a roll former.
Automatic Operation
Decoiler rotation is automatically loop arm controlled. The loop arm controls variable speed operations, providing smooth stops and starts.
Safety
The decoiler rotary drive system and mandrel expansion power is fully shielded. Automatic rotation is disabled during the loading of coils.
Electrical Requirements
380 volt three phase electrical supply is required to operate the machine at 50 Hz.
Construction
This machine is constructed using high tensile steel plate and heavy structural sections which are seal welded. Structural bracing is included where required. The mandrel uses a link system of bronze bearings. The decoiler framework is machine cleaned and powder coated prior to the assembly of the electro-mechanical components.
