HYDRAULIC UNIT WITH MANUAL OVERRIDE

The hydraulic unit powering the discharge door has a manual override by means of levers that will allow the user to discharge the mixer in case of a power outage or load shedding, preventing the mixers to become clogged with hardening concrete inside it.

FULLY CUSTOMISABLE DISCHARGE DOOR

The discharging door is fitted with limit switches allowing the operator to set it to the desirable size for the perfect discharge rate.

HIGH EFFICIENCY DESIGN

The advanced mixing system has been designed to be the most effective and through mixing design available with 100% coverage.

MIXING LOCUS DIAGRAM

The diagram shows the perfect mixing action of the REVARO planetary mixer from 6 to 60 seconds after the mixing process has started. Note the prefect coverage with every four revolutions (6 seconds) and that each zone is covered at regular intervals.
