Our Concrete Tile machine is extremely versatile. All South African roof tiles can be produced with the use of interchangeable moulds. The tiles are made through a pressing process which also allows different types of designs or patterns to be made on the tile surface, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of your potential roof tile range even further.

• The Hydraulic forming process used ensures excellent thermal insulation and heat preservation. In addition it also ensures high density products are produced and also enhances the solidifying process
• Implementation of the mould pressure forming process guarantees dimensional accuracy, quality, conformity and water resistance of tiles produced
• The advanced high-speed running process employed allows shorter forming speed to be attained
• The entire operation is controlled by PLC and the consistent running cycle results in increased product stability while simultaneously reducing waste

• Rooftiles made with the Revaro Hydraulic Rooftile Press are 10% lighter AND 15% stronger than rooftiles made by extrusion!
• These tiles are also ideal for roofs in the the coastal regions as mildew and moss do not grow on them!
• Due to the tiles being 10% lighter the developers can use lighter trusses saving them money.
