• All bids are exclusive of the Buyers’s Premium & Exclusive of VAT;
• Assets that are Subject to confirmation will be clearly marked;
• The highest accepted bidder shall be the buyer of such lots. No bid may be withdrawn. The buyer will forfeit his/her deposit if any bids are withdrawn;
• Any assets may be withdrawn from the Auction at any time on instructions from the Seller;
• Each bidder is required to read and accept the rules & regulations as listed on the online auction platform;
• Lot numbers can change at any time. Please refer to the online portal for the most accurate lot numbers & descriptions. The bidders pack is merely an indication of what will be sold.
