Machine System Screening Principle

• Air Screen Separation: The material evenly enters the vertical aspiration channel (air screen) through the grain distribution box. By adjusting the air speed via the air control handle, the material forms a suspended state, and light impurities (without valuable grains) are removed by the large-capacity dust collector.

• Gravity Table Separation: By adjusting the air volume and baffle height, the machine separates materials based on density difference, thus effectively removing shrivelled, sprouted, moldy and immature grains.

• Grading Screen Separation:This unit sorts grains by geometric size, and is equipped with replaceable sieve plates to adapt to different grain types and varieties.
