· Represent Drotsky professionally at events, capture content and record enquiries and leads with contact details and next actions.
· Prepare an event report covering expenditure, attendance or engagement, leads generated, follow-up progress and recommendations for future events.
Public relations and client complaints

· Assist management with unhappy clients by gathering relevant information, coordinating discussions with sales, engineering, production or service staff, and keeping the client informed.
· Escalate serious, recurring or unresolved concerns promptly. Refer technical diagnosis and remedy decisions to the appropriate technical staff and management.
· Follow each case through the agreed actions, confirm that the client received the response and record whether the client is satisfied. Escalate any remaining dissatisfaction before closing the case.
· Coordinate public responses and media enquiries with management, protect confidential information and report recurring issues that may damage client trust.
Client visits and relationship development
· Arrange and conduct visits to existing clients to understand their operations, review their experience with Drotsky equipment and identify practical improvement opportunities.
· Propose relevant machinery, spare parts, upgrades or service opportunities in consultation with sales and engineering, based on the client’s needs.
· Record visit findings, client feedback, opportunities and agreed actions, and allocate follow-up to the appropriate person.
Lead follow up and internal coordination
· Use Drotsky’s existing lead management program to capture and update enquiries from social media, promotions, exhibitions, referrals and client visits, including the responsible person and next follow-up date.
· Coordinate with sales to ensure each lead receives the requested information or quotation, and contact the client to confirm receipt and clarify outstanding questions.
· Track leads until an outcome is recorded, including orders, deferred decisions and lost opportunities. Record reasons where available and avoid duplicated client contact.
· Provide management with a monthly report on marketing activity, leads, client visits, complaints, outstanding actions and recommended improvements.
Qualifications and experience

· Practical photography, videography and editing skills, supported by a portfolio of photographs and video content.
· Experience in client service, complaint handling or account relationship management. Exhibition or event coordination experience is advantageous.
· Experience in manufacturing, machinery or agriculture is advantageous, with a willingness to learn Drotsky’s products and their applications.

· Professional conflict handling, active listening, sound judgement and discretion when dealing with unhappy clients or sensitive information.
· Good planning, organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, events and client actions independently.
· Strong computer skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, social media tools and the ability to use Drotsky’s existing lead management program.
· Practical experience using Canva or similar design platforms to create professional marketing material, together with photo and video editing skills.
· Willingness to learn Drotsky’s machinery, client needs and internal processes, and to develop new marketing and software skills.
· Adaptability when priorities, client needs or event arrangements change, with a constructive approach to feedback.
· Strong teamwork skills and the ability to cooperate with management, sales, engineering, production and service staff to complete shared tasks.
· Creativity combined with attention to detail, commercial awareness and the ability to work closely with sales and technical teams.
